2.3 Account Security

Do not share your password with any third party. bn555 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and notify our support team. bn555 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the member failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

2.4 Account Closure by Member

You may request closure of your bn555 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified PKR payment method after identity verification is completed. Account closure requests made under our responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

5.4 Void Bets

Voided bets have the stake returned to the member's account.

5.5 Match Fixing and Integrity

Betting on events you know to be fixed, or that you are personally involved in influencing, is strictly prohibited on bn555. Any account found to have benefited from match-fixing — regardless of whether the member was personally involved — will have winnings voided and the account suspended. bn555 cooperates with sporting integrity organisations and law enforcement where required.

5.6 Palpable Errors

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

10.2 Balance on Suspended Accounts
